How long will it take to get my order for In-Stock Items?
- All In-Stock products are shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 Hours of the order being placed. (Monday - Friday). In-Stock orders Placed on Saturday or Sunday will typically ship on Monday. In-Stock orders will typically arrive between 5-7 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider, and location.

Is Signature Required for Delivery?
- Yes. VONN Lighting includes UPS Signature Confirmation on all of it's orders. UPS Adult Signature Confirmation requires someone 21 years or older to sign for the package .

Do you Ship Outside of the USA?
- VONN Lighting only ships to the 48 contiguous US states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico or Canada.
